Top Ten Tuesday | Books On My Fall 2020 TBR

This tag was created by The Broke and the Bookish and now it’s hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.

It’s been a long time! I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little overwhelmed because of all of the things I have to do. It’s been a little difficult trying to balance everything, but I’m getting there.

Anyways… As some of you might probably know, I’m not the biggest fan of TBR’s. Most of the time, when I add a book on a TBR I never read it (obviously that doesn’t mean I don’t have a list, I obviously do). Regardless, I am very excited to create one for the fall because it’s one of my favorite times of the year. Obviously there aren’t ten books in this list, that’s way too much for me 😆 I have lot going on and it’s been really hard to find the time for reading and writing. But, I’ll try my best!

The Lost Book of the White by Cassandra Clare

I’m currently reading this book, so I think it deserves a mention. I started it when it came out… And I’m still not done!!!!! It’s KILLING me. I am not the type of reader that spends so much time with only one book. The fact that I haven’t been able to finish this is like an itch I can’t scratch. Anyways, so far I’ve really enjoyed this book and I’m excited to finish it (soon, hopefully).

From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout

I love Jennifer L. Armentrout. There is just something about her stories and her writing that completely enrapture me. But, SURPRISINGLY, I didn’t even know this series excited until recently (what?!?!?!). Obviously, immediately after I found out and read the synopsis… I was obsessed. I can’t wait to read this novel. I don’t usually pick books that fit the aesthetic for the time of year I happen to read them in, but I think that this definitely fits the frame for the Fall.

Warcross by Marie Lu

I have heard so many amazing things about Warcross and I’m very excited to pick it up. I’ve never actually read anything by Marie Lu, so I’m also looking forward to getting to know her as an author as well. I’m not sure if I will definitely be reading this so soon… But I’m considering it.

Legendborn by Tracy Deonn

I am so EXCITED for this book. It sounds epic and the premise definitely caught my eye. The only downside is that I much prefer binge reading. Having to read installments as they come out kills me (yes, I am one of those people that sometimes waits for the entire series to come out before reading it). But, in this case, I don’t know if I’ll be able to wait. So I think this will definitely be one of the books I read this season.

Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall

If you’ve read my blog before, you must know that one of the things I love the most in this world is romance. So… I can’t wait to read this book!!! I admit, I’m not the biggest fan of the ‘fake relationship’ trope, but if the author pulls it off I will love this. It sounds super cute and I definitely need some contemporary romance ASAP.

What are the books on your TBR? If you’ve read any of these please let me know if you enjoyed them or not!

Thanks for reading!!
