Blogmas #20 | Sunday Best (new faves & what’s to come)

Hello everyone! ❄️ Can you all believe that we’re only four days away from Christmas Eve 😱?!?!?! I feel like the month started out normally and suddenly sped up. The past few days have gone by incredibly fast and this year is almost over now! I mean, not that I want 2020 to be even longer, but I am a little overwhelmed with how quickly the new year has come. I really hope that 2021 leads to better things and that, somehow, this mess we’re in eases up on us 😪 Don’t know how probable that is, but we can try to be optimistic, right? How are you guys feeling? I would love to know ☺️

Today, I bring you the third edition of Sunday Best 💃🏽 Basically, every week this month I’ll be sharing with you my favorite posts from new-to-me blogs 😆! I’m trying to do this because I have the bad habit of always sticking to what I know, and I don’t want to do that here where there are so many amazing people that constantly work on original and fun content. So, I’ll make an effort to read a variety of posts each week and I’ll share some of my favorites with you guys! I hope you all do decide to check them out and hopefully discover new-to-you blogs too ☺️

BUT, first we need to do our Advent Calendar!

The objective of this Advent Calendar is to get to know each other better and learn about some of the things we love to do this time of year! I really hope that you guys decide to participate, and I can’t wait to read your answers as well. If you want to check out the upcoming questions go to this page.

Give a random book recommendation!

Finding Audrey by Sophie Kinsella! It is a great book and very short. I recommend it to everyone ☺️

Posts I Loved from New-To-Me Blogs

I’m very skeptical when it comes to ‘negative’ reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised after reading Fizah’s post @ Book Tales by Me, sharing their Worst Reads of 2020. I loved the format and her comments were so fun to read. I haven’t read any of these books but I still really enjoyed reading what she didn’t like in each 😄

Bertie over at Luminosity Library shared 10 comfort books that are perfect for this time of year. As explained in this post, this is usually subjective, but I agree with Bertie that all these have optimal cozy vibes 🤗 Definitely check it out if you’re in the mood to read something that will make you feel warm and fuzzy.

Even though this next blog isn’t actually new for me, it is new in this sense that I was finally able to interact with it 😅 Kira, I swear that I’ve been trying to follow you and like your posts for a few weeks now, but my browser has been acting up. But I think it’s solved and I was lucky enough to come across The Joy of Christmas Book Tag that she did. All of the answers were so fun, so definitely go check it out ☺️!

Last, but definitely not least, Daria @ Bookaholic’s Therapy did the Just Some Bibliophilic Things Tag! Besides the fact that this tag was created by the wonderful Riddhi over at Whispering Stories, all of Daria’s answers were great! I loved her writing voice 🤩
