Hello everyone!! ❄️ I hope you had a wonderful start to your week. I can’t believe that Blogmas is coming to an end soon 😳 I will be very happy, but I’ll also miss it. So, to celebrate its final days I think that it is only appropriate to make all of the posts left as Christmas related as possible! Today, I decided to share with you guys some Christmas Movies and Books that I think are superb. I really hope you guys enjoy this post and hopefully decide to indulge on some of these awesome stories ☺️

BUT, before we begin let’s do our Advent Calendar!

The objective of this Advent Calendar is to get to know each other better and learn about some of the things we love to do this time of year! I really hope that you guys decide to participate, and I can’t wait to read your answers as well. If you want to check out the upcoming questions go to this page.

Share one vivid Christmas memory, good or bad.

I remember one Christmas Eve, my pet at the time was very hyperactive and wouldn’t stand still. Next thing we know, he knocked over our Christmas Tree and almost broke it and everything on its path 😬 I don’t classify this as a bad memory though. We were all worried for a second there, but then nothing broke so we laughed it off.

The Christmas Pact

A cute story that starts off similar to You’ve Got Mail and then turns into a dislike-to-like romance. Very short, very sweet, and very fun 😄

All I Want For Christmas Is You

If you’re a romance lover in need of some Christmas stories that will help you get into this season’s spirit, these six stories will help you with that, no doubt 🎄! Full of meet-cutes and reencounters, you will get sucked into each of these and will yearn to know more about all of the great characters that form a part of it!

In a Holidaze

Christmas meets Groundhog Day! In this wonderful story, our main characters finds herself repeating her Christmas holiday over and over again, attempting to find the path that will finally make her happy 🥰.

My True Love Gave to Me

Again, a collection of twelve Christmas stories written by wonderful authors! If you’re in the mood to read fast paced stories that will make you feel warm and fuzzy ☕️, I definitely recommend it!

Faking Under the Mistletoe

I still haven’t finished this, but I feel confident enough to safely recommend it. As an office romance, with an enemies-to-lovers dynamic, this Christmas novel has proven to be hilarious, endearing, and absolutely ridiculous, but in the best way possible 😆 If you’re in the mood for some extreme Christmas cheer, definitely give this a try!

Four Christmases

I loved this movie SOO much when I first saw it! It is incredibly funny and, ultimately, sweet. It’s a romance, but primarily a comedy. In it we follow a couple that doesn’t enjoy Christmas and always takes a trip, but they’re stranded home that year. This means that they are forced to go to different Christmas celebrations to visit each other’s family (which they had never met before if I’m not mistaken). It is amazing and if you love comedy I think you might really like this.

Christmas Inheritance

This is one of those ‘trashy’ Christmas films that everyone hates. And, being honest, I usually don’t like these types of films, and I try to stay as far away from them as possible. But, this one isn’t that bad. It’s about a spoiled, rich girl that is forced to go to this small town (cliché, huh?) to run an errand for her dad. Unsurprisingly, she’s stranded there for a couple of days and falls in love. I recommend this if you like this particular style of movie, if you don’t then don’t bother.

Love Actually

This is kind of a Christmas classic, right? I love movies in which we follow different storylines. The way that they are related always fascinates me, and I get super attached to all of the characters. Although Love Actually isn’t my favorite in this style, it’s a pretty good Christmas film.

Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas

Ok, I know most people won’t agree with me on this, but this movie has been one of my favorite Christmas films since I was a kid. It always makes me nostalgic and I think all of the short stories it includes have beautiful messages about Christmas. Obviously, it is perfect if you’re looking for something to watch with younger kids, or if you want to rediscover your inner child as well ☺️ I already rewatched it this month and I loved it again!

Rise of the Guardians

This movie is AMAZING!! If you haven’t watched it, please do. It includes many of the holiday characters that we know and love, but the protagonist is Jack Frost. It’s an incredibly clever story that I think everyone can appreciate, no matter their age. It has adventure, drama, comedy, and action. It’s the full package!

New Year’s Eve

This is one of my favorite Christmas films ever! Technically, it’s not Christmas, it’s New Year’s Eve, but I think it exudes loads of Christmas vibes as well. Again, this is the type of movie in which we follow the story of different characters throughout their day. Besides getting to know them and having fun with them, we also get to see how they’re all connected, which (as I said before) I love. Please watch it, it’s fantastic.

If you guys have any additional recommendations of both books and movies, please let me know!!
