The Mystery Blogger Award #3 & The Outstanding Blogger Award #2
Hello beautiful readers ☀️!! Welcome to another day of me playing catch-up on all the tags 😁! Even though I’m a little overwhelmed, I’m really glad that I’m getting this done because I’ve barely posted on January, and I don’t like being behind on tags. On that note, I don’t like being behind on all of your posts either, and I know I said that I would read them soon. I feel really bad that I haven’t done so yet, but at least I have something to look forward to when I’m a little more relieved from all this work ☺️ Today, (as you probably saw) I will be doing The Mystery Blogger Award and The Outstanding Blogger Award!! I’m always so happy and honored whenever anyone nominates me for anything, I literally laugh and jump from joy because I’m always elated that you guys think of me while doing these, so thank you soooo much 😆! Anyways, let’s head on to the tags and I hope you all like them!
Mystery Blogger Award
I was nominated for this award by none other than Lea over at Lea’s Literary Life. She’s fairly new to this community, but her content is amazing and so well put together. Definitely go check out her blog and support her 😉!
- Display the award logo on your blog.
- Thank the blogger who nominated you and provide a link to their blog.
- Mention Okoto Enigma, the creator of the award.
- Tell your readers 3 things about yourself.
- Answer 5 questions from the blogger who nominated you.
- Nominate 10 – 20 bloggers.
- Notify your nominees by leaving a comment on their blog.
- Ask your nominees 5 questions of your choice, including 1 weird or funny question.
- Share the link to your best post.
Three things about me:
- I have a dog and her name is Lily 😊
- For years, my favorite color has been green, but I think it’s changing to yellow now.
- I sleep talk and sleep laugh 😬 (and when I saw laugh, I mean a hysterical laugh 👀).
Lea’s Questions:
#1. What are three of your most anticipated reads for 2021?
Much Ado About You by Samantha Young, Crown of Gilded Bones by Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Life’s Too Short by Abby Jimenez are some of them 😄
#2. Do you set reading goals?
Not really. I only pick a number of books I want to read (this year it’s 60 books), because I literally only ever read what I feel like reading. I can’t force myself to read anything else because then I’m immediately in a slump.
#3. What’s the most disgusting thing you’ve ever eaten?
I’m not sure… I think eggplants are disgusting, so maybe that. Sorry if you love them, but they’re goo in my opinion. Also nerves, they’re horrible. I really don’t know if that’s the exact translation, but in my country Sopa de Nervios is very common, but I hate it 😖
#4. Where would you love to travel to in the future? 🛫 The UK and Canada.
#5. How many books do you currently have on your TBR? On my Goodreads TBR I currently have 110 books. Is that a decent amount or a lot 😅🤔?
My favorite post by me: I’m super proud of my post on My Favorite books of 2020! Please go check it out if you’re interested and haven’t read it yet ☺️
I won’t be nominating anyone for this award because I already did on a recent post.
The Outstanding Blogger Award
There’s really no point in doing this tag anymore except for the fact that these questions are all amazing. Regardless, I’m incredibly honored so I’m looking forward to this ☺️ Thank you so much Georgia for nominating me!! Everyone just stop reading this and head on to her blog Lost In Neverland and read as many of her wonderful posts as you can. Believe me, if you don’t, you’re missing out on a lot of great content 😏
- Have the link to the creator’s original award post.
- Answer the questions provided.
- Create 7 unique questions.
- Nominate 10 other bloggers. Neither the award’s creator nor the blogger that nominated you can be nominated.
- At the end of 2020, every blog that ping-backs the creator’s original post will be entered to win the 2020 Outstanding Blogger Award!
#1. What is your first read of 2021?
My first reads were Code Name: Hacker and Code Name: Genesis by Sawyer Bennett. They were fun and very well written 🙂, but neither of them blew me away.
#2. Do you have any reading or blogging goals this year?
As I said before, the only goal I have is to try to read 60 books this year.
#3. What was your favourite book of 2020?
I had four because I could not decide 😅, and they were Layla by Colleen Hoover, A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire by Jennifer L. Armentrout, The Happy Ever After Playlist by Abby Jimenez, and Beach Read by Emily Henry.
#4. What was you least favorite book of 2020? I think it’s between Tools of Engagement by Tessa Bailey or Twice in a Blue Moon by Christina Lauren 😕
#5. If you could only eat one food for the rest of you life, what would it be?
I really don’t know. Maybe tacos because they’re probably my favorite food and very versatile, so I could have different fillings 😜 Is that cheating??
#6. Do you prefer writing book reviews or book tags?
It really depends. There are some tags that are super fun to put together, but others are a little tedious to do. It’s the same with book reviews. Sometimes I really want to rant about specific aspects of books I just read, but then other times I have to force myself to sit and write.
#7. Have you got a book recommendation for me?
The Bridgerton book series 😂😂 Honestly, I am obsessed (like most of the people in the world) and despite the fact that I literally have no free time because of uni, I am about to start even more regency romance novels. But, I guess that that’s the proof that we really do make time for the things we really want to do 🤷🏽♀️ I will say that, from the ones I’ve read so far, my least favorite has been Benedict’s story, but Anthony’s and Colin’s were both great.
How many books do you guys have on your TBRs? Did you also like Bridgerton or is it not your thing?
Thanks for sharing. I read many of your blog posts, cool, your blog is very good.

Thanks for answering my questions! And thanks for your recommendation! I loved the Bridgerton series and I so desperately want to read the books so hopefully 2021 will bw that year!
I really hope you liked them if you do decide to read them!! And I’m glad you liked the post Georgia ☺️ I had a blast answering your questions!
Here is part of my TBR: some I don’t remember due to my kindle.
1. House of Many Ways
2. Hard Times
3. To Kill a Mockingbird
4. Man Who Invented Christmas
5. A Christmas Carol
6. Nevermoor (finally own the 1st two books)
7. Jane Eyre
6. Wuthering Heights
7. Singular Sensation: The Triumph of Broadway
8. Something Wonderful
9. Defying Gravity
Yes, there are more on my TBR list- some might not happen until next year
You have really good taste!! ☺️ To Kill A Mockingbird, A Christmas Carol, Jane Eyre, and Wuthering Heights are in my TBR too! (sorry for the late response Meg)
Well, Pilar, now you know how I feel 😂 I’m ALWAYS behind on tags and everyone’s posts 🙈 But it’s nice to see that you’re taking action before the situation becomes too extreme 😉
And I also don’t particularly like eggplant, so I feel you! I mean, I’ve had dishes where it didn’t taste awful, but never something where I’d say it tasted better because there was eggplant in it… 😖
And I haven’t watched or read Bridgerton yet, but I’m not lying when I say all the hype has me pretty intrigued… I guess I’ll be looking into it once university calms down a bit 😂
I feel so bad that I haven’t read anyone’s post in so long!! 😥 It’s definitely testing my time management skills, and I’m not doing very well. But I’m determined to get to all of them this week, so wish me luck 🤞🏽😅
Bridgerton is very fun!! It’s no masterpiece, but it is extremely addicting and entertaining, which is enough for me to give it a high rating 😂
Awww thank you for answering my questions 😃 I just finished an ARC of Much Ado About You and it was a lovely, fluffy read!
OH MY GOD!!! I’m so jealous 😱😱 I really hope that you liked it and I’ll definitely make sure to check out your review for it (if you have one).
I’m glad you liked the post Lea! I had a lot of fun answering your questions ☺️
